This is a disabled/unused character bios screen for Sonya in Mortal Kombat 4 revision 1.0 Arcade. I have re-enabled it to load with cheats I created in MAME. The cheats used to re-enable these unused bios can be found at: gamehacking.org/vb/threads/6199-Abystus-Retro-Codes/page19
