Level99 is a copy of Level1, but with various objects - including a 121st star!
This level is also supposed to be using a beta version of the star and bob-omb, as well as some other missing behaviors, but I need to set up a linux VM before I can compile those correctly with the original SM64 source. Furthermore, some objects seem to be out of bounds, so were probably intended for the dummy map (seen in Stage35).
