So, that's exactly how you can get this achievement.
First of all, you need to turn on 3 Altars.
First at La Luna Kahiko.
Second at Tadaaki Light (on the ship underwater).
Go to Junkyard and destroy the wall.
And go find the third Altar.
It's not so complicated to find that.
