This show is much more interested in delving into the ins and outs and ups and downs of the people that make up a busy downtown Homicide and Robbery Division. They may carry guns and track down bad guys, but like the rest of us they still eat too many burritos, pretend to know what all the buttons do on their cell phones, and secretly wish they were on American Idol.
