Have you heard of Sharon Chuter? She's the brain child behind Uoma Beauty and the #pullup for change challenge that encouraged brands to share the makeup of their internal corporate structure and the number of Black employees within their companies! It's an incredible movement that really pushes brands (especially in the beauty community!) to be transparent with their customer base. Trying Uoma Beauty for the first time had me giddy because this brand is so much more than just makeup - it's supporting an integral part of the movement to change the beauty community.
In this video, I put a full face of Uoma Beauty to the test. This line boasts an impressive 51 shades of foundation, and their tagline is "Beauty comes in every color, and we intend to wear them all."
