I usually do happier scenes but I wanted to do something a bit different with this one. Also wanted to up the quality of this one a little so it wasn't quite as rushed as the other scenes I usually do.
The scene is using 100% dynamic lighting but I spent a bit of time on the lighting to make it look more like you'd expect a scene with static/built lighting to look, basically a lot more soft/faked bounce lighting. Overall even though this scene is a crypt I wanted it to feel much more peaceful than creepy.
All assets used in this scene were bought from the Unreal Marketplace. Although the art assets were bought from the marketplace I customized many quite heavily, doing modeling/shader passes on several and creating custom shaders for things like the candle light flicker etc...
