Uno should never have been forced to live like this. 💔

His entire world existed at the end of a short, tangled chain, without reliable access to food, water, affection, or even basic attention.

No dog deserves to spend their life isolated and chained outside. There is no excuse for chaining a dog 24/7. ❌
