A state champion gymnast endures nearly unbelievable darkness and pain while clinging to her faith.

Michelle Schaefer was a state champion gymnast and seven-time national Acrosports champion. She was nearly aborted and often felt like she was a “mistake.” Michelle journeyed through anorexia, chronic disease, multiple brain surgeries, the arrest of her husband for child molestation and deaths of her second husband and other family members.
