Unloved is a horror-themed roguelite FPS with up to 4 player co-op. The objective is to find keys to open up new areas until you find blood machines. Fill all seven blood machines and you can finish the run by exiting the floor via an elevator. Unloved has a unique "heat" mechanic, that controls enemy spawns. The more items you pick-up and more doors you open the more heat will build up the more and tougher enemies will spawn. Enemies don't spawn infinitely so it's a good idea to sometimes stop and kill some enemies. Enemies in the game are based of off enemies in Doom.
This video was recorded with Steam background recording feature. I was playing with low volume (windows volume setting was set low and Steam recording conveniently ignores that) while listening to a video, which should explain why I sometimes don't seem to hear an enemy I should've heard. I'm uploading this run in particular, because this run was pretty crazy with its enemy spawns (3 rotten faceless and 5 rotten clowns?).
