I recorded myself unlocking the 'Baranor the Conquerer' achievement. This is probably one of the harder achievements to unlock in all of Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, especially desolation of Mordor. Honestly, I did not think this achievement was too bad, although, I did need take an initial failed attempt to unlock it.

Pro Tip, do not delete your saved desolation of mordor file because this will reset the game so that you'll need to find all of the Torvin skill upgrades and complete all of the story quests again.I did just this and then I needed to complete the expansion pack by unlocking all of the torvin upgrades and story quests with Serka. That attempt failed to get the gold and unlock this achievement. So, like many have already suggested, I recommend you try getting this achievement with all of the Torvin skills and Serka skills unlocked and beaten already otherwise, you will lose a lot of time completing those quests.

I think this achievement is fairly easy to unlock if you follow these guidelines:
* Have all Torvin Numenorean artifact skills unlocked from previous playthrough
* Have all story quests unlocked from previous playthrough.
* Beat Desolation of Mordor in under an hour
* Focus on conquering all of the outposts first
* If you have some time, kill some warchiefs before sieging Shindram
* Siege Shindram, purchase some of the explosive sabotage skills to make things a little more easier.

Your rune and weapon pickups will be really random. In old playthroughs, I found some pretty cool gear. In this particular playthrough, I remember finding some really lame rune weapon upgrades. It's totally up to chance what you'll find. You will probably waste too much time if you try to scour around for better weapon upgrade runes.
