If you could find an extra 30 minutes in your day to do something creative or something you love (your hobby), would you take advantage?
Here are my 5 top tips to find a bit more time in your day to do what you love: create, sew, craft, knit, crochet, paint, woodwork, etc. The best advice is to take inventory of what you do on a repetitive level (go to the grocery store, play on social media, household chores, watch tv aimlessly, etc) and look to see how you can consolidate or plan your regular, I'm an adult of sorts, type of tasks in a way that allow you to have more time during the week or on a single day. For instance, limit your doom scrolling to 30 minutes each day--- and catch yourself in the future-- if you are doing it, then force yourself to get up and do something crafty, or at least do something that you can check off your list tomorrow so you have a bigger block of time then to craft. Alternatively, instead of going to the store multiple times per week, try to do shopping less frequent, if possible. Finally, time blocking your schedule to sew and limit your distractions when you do will make your time more efficient.
