How can you get VGA video on an Apple II or IIe? Before no, today, YES!
With this VGA card sold at jcm-1.com

Installation is easy. Just plug into any slot (including slot 3 of the IIe). Ensure you insert the card as labeled on the card.
Plug in a VGA monitor and power up the monitor and Apple computer. There you have it!
