Drop it in the root steam folder Your Drive Letter:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DOOMTheDarkAges and launch game and it unlocks 6 other skins, ranger, Butcher, Phalanx, Verdant and some others.
So glad I don't have to try to find that pizza place code somewhere, it's cool looking but not worth what it's going for on eBay.
Also, go to your drive, SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DOOMTheDarkAges\launcherData\base\configs and edit the launcher.cgf with notepad, notepad+, Cherrytree or something similar and change these three from 1 to 0 and save, you won't get that ID launcher popup when starting the game.
