WHY UNLEASHING V8 ISN'T RELEASED ?

I want to Release Unleashing v8 now but i can't for this reasons :
Beatz tell me he gonna port Su Spinners , Egg Fighters , Su Springs , but he just send me WIP Screens , and nothing (Just Rings , EggFighters & Springs) For releasing Unleashing v8 i need Su Spinners , Just that , i don't know how to port it , i have all the Su Files i need to port it but idk how , so please Someone can port it for me , Once it done , release Instantly because All is ready.
