*A little bit of context: to my knowledge this track was never actually in the files of any build of the Switch's OS, but I'm almost certain it was intended for the Switch's OS. You see, there's somewhat well known eShop theme that actually DID go unused the Switch's OS, but was later reused in these three instructional videos:

The track uploaded here was used in THESE two instructional videos (which is where I ripped it from):

Because this track is in a similar style to what we know is an unused eShop theme, and was reused in the same series of instructional videos that the eShop theme was, I think it only makes sense to conclude that this track was also meant for the Switch's OS.
