Can anyone help identify this mysterious bubblegum dance/pop dance song? The title could be "Plastic Fantastic" or "Fantastic Plastic", or even "Merry Go Round". I run the Website Bubblegum Dancer. It was shared on the old Web forum "The Happy House" years ago by a user on an "I Love Bubblegum" digital compilation (not official), but the user never knew the artist.

I'm guessing it could be European or even Asian, maybe an English translation of an obscure song? Maybe someone can recognise an accent in the vocals...
