The University of Pennsylvania Symphony Orchestra holds a children's concert for local elementary school students in Compiegne France in January of 1998. The school students are allowed up on stage to play different instruments. Three students are given the opportunity to conduct the orchestra. Taped in the Auditorium of the Universite de Technologie de Compiegne.
Ricardo Averbach is the conductor.
