If Wizards of the Coast teamed up with the Yu Gi Oh team at Konami, it might look something like this. Yes, Universes Beyond: Yu Gi Oh. Inspired by @manareborn I have made an entire 360 card MTG draft set based on Yu Gi Oh.

EDIT: The current card file is up to date as the 1.0 alpha version. It is ready for your use and printing/using in table top simulator or cockatrice. So feel free to grab it from the link below. Also there is a folder labeled "other files" that has a pdf for paper printing.
