So this is a song about everyone's favorite time travelling Doctor told from the perspective of his companion, Derpy. I've been a fan of Doctor Who since 2005, and I've always found the idea of the companion leaving everything behind to be a fascinating subject. So it was only natural when the Derpy/Doctor concept arose to make an MLP/Doctor Who song hybrid.
Also, big announcement hidden down here in case you look: I'm working on my first Electronic EP album! I've always wanted to apply my type of songwriting to that type of music, so I'm excited to share it with you all. It'll be non-pony, but with the familiar style you've all come to expect from me.
