This has got to be one of my biggest uploads, this time taken from Distant (aka Long Distance, 2024), capped from Max in Argentina.
This film's release model is hella cursed if I do say so myself. Filmed in 2020, it was supposed to be released in 2022, then 2023, then it was pulled off of Amblin's release schedule. Then, outta nowhere in 2024, the film is released in Vietnam by CJ ENM in theaters, then sold off to certain territories, either through Universal or independent distributors such as Leone Film Group in Italy, and is relegated to VOD sales or streaming exclusivity. Almost no-one has heard of this film, which is weird because it features Anthony Ramos and Naomi Scott (two recent well-known actors), and it was directed by the Blades of Glory and Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile guys.
The fact this movie even managed to come out at all is a miracle to me.
