Beyond the everyday stress, socio-political-cultural conditions, or the demanding jobs in which we have become accustomed to "working", it is scientifically found that most people suffer from various affections as a result of negative emotions and stress rated at a limit above the supportability threshold.
There are situations in which people are in a critical condition in terms of vitality, they have various manifestations that simply amaze the doctors, the latter often shrug off in the face of evidence that exceeds the ability to understand some manifestations at the level of the physical without a concrete substrate evidenced by the list of medical analyzes written in normal parameters.
Is what is called cumulative stress and manifested by negative emotions lived repeatedly for a shorter or longer time.
Obviously, the body reacts and pulls out an alarm to "force" us to stop the accelerated walk of our lives in which we forget what relaxation, relaxation, nature is.
It is the moment when holism comes with force and applies a series of laws and understandings of spiritual nature and not only, regarding man as a whole: body - mind - emotions - spirit.
For all of these, the best recommendation is to practice Yoga, Tai Chi and even walking in nature and do what you like as often as possible.
Tai Chi and Yoga have many similar benefits that focus on the external and internal welfare of our body. Both have healing effects and help calm the mind and cultivate the spirit. A basic principle of both forms is breathing. Breathing is an integral part of Tai Chi and Yoga, without which the practice remains incomplete. Both include slow and precise movements of the body. Both offer spiritual benefits and are not meant for instant gratification.
I don’t anyone who doesn’t enjoy Tai Chi and Yoga exercises, or who hasn’t benefited from those.
Take care to ensure you find a good teacher or good video demonstration to show postures accurately.
