This video shows you how you can get a depth sensing camera up and running in Unity by using the Nuitrack API. In the exampel I used Intel Realsense D435i but Nuitrack works with a couple of different cameras.
A couple of things I failed to mention is that Nuitrack can track up to 6 people, it tracks all joints except for fingers, and you can use multiple cameras to get a better or bigger tracking area.
A game I am currenty working on that is to be used with nuitrack is an endless runner, that will hopefully suport multiple people - for a single player it already works and you can move left/right and jump/crouch.
