Nick Teti of Mister Photon Media produced this video for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Nick provided voice over recording, motion graphics and videotaping/recording on this SD video production produced as an educational video for CDROM & non broadcast video / TV distribution. This version is the television aspect version for use on a standard definition TV
The video size was reduced to reduce playback errors of older computers common at the time of this production, so HD was not used to acquire the motion video. Due to HIPPA compliance recording was prohibited at VA hospitals so some stock was required in examination settings with the rest of the program using video as we'll heavy graphic content.
