June 21, 2026, Cody Harper, a 21-year-old Caucasian, was arrested for being a victim on an assault. Mr. Harper was in West Midlands, Birmingham, United Kingdom, at night. He was physically attacked by a number of black men. Two female police officers rushed in, and arrested the victim, Cody Harper. His court date in July 23, 2026. He is being charged with assaulting a police officer. The video contradicts the charge.
The two female police officers were unable to push him into the back seat of a police car. It took one male police officer to get Cody into the back seat of the car.
