Since the IC that normally happens at NDK was nixxed this year due to covid, Yue brought back one of my favorite contests for a single round to be judged at NDK instead~! It was hella fun to do an IC-like contest like this again! Three wheels were spun to determine how the edit would need to be made! Then we threw together a video in a week. The criteria were:
Video Genre: Romance
Music Genre: Pop
Special Requirement: BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM.
(Video must feature at least 4 different on screen explosions.)
Honestly, I hope I get to see the other videos super soon cause this was hella fun to make! I spent so many nights up and whining with Suki and Ellen and Jon just having a great time. This is something I have greatly missed and I am so happy I was able to do it again with them and others. If others upload their videos I will link in description~!

So my Christmas “child” this year was Bryan! I was pretty stoked to have gotten him because I have looked up to his editing for years and now got an opportunity to make something for him directly. I originally was going to try to edit with an Aimer song as I know she is one of his favorites but decided to swap to something I hoped would fit this couple more. ONE DAY THOUGH. ONE DAY I WILL MAKE SENPAI PROUD. For now I hope you like this.
Rei and Hina are both precious beans of children and I hope we get to see them grow more in the future. I am so happy you love them too! I got so many warm fuzzies going back and seeing their interactions through the show. In this video I tried to show their shared pain and also shared salvation in each other. I hope it worked! Merry (belated) Christmas! I hope it was wonderful and that I get to talk to you more in the New Year!
