There is really nothing to this "Easter egg event" because you don't get anything from viewing it, but it is interesting as it is non-repeatable and there is a specific time to triggering it. After the president has come aboard your airship, return to the presidential palace in Esthar and sit on the couch in the visitors' room to witness Dr. Odine run across the screen. You can't enter the room where he came from. Odine is still found in his lab before and after this "event".
