Andrew journeys off the grid to Iquitos, Peru in the heart of the Amazon. The pair sample umari, a spreadable fruit that tastes delicious with bread; charapitas, a pea-sized type of pepper; fish egg tamales made from Amazonian carp; wild honey naturally fermented by the rainforest; and just a smidge of bee larvae as a snack, yum!!
