A woman's body was found off the frontage road near I-35 and Benton City Road in Von Ormy this morning — and Bexar County deputies say it looks suspicious. She hasn't been identified yet, but investigators say there's a real possibility she was poisoned and dumped there, or may be connected to smuggling activity in the area.


Deputies say this stretch of road is a known corridor where bodies turn up as a result of human smuggling — and they're not ruling anything out. No signs of trauma were found on the body. If you know anything, call (210) 224-7868.
