I had second thoughts about releasing this video, but later decided the world needs to see it.
Maybe somebody can figure out what the sign means. This sighting was witnessed by 2 individuals.
Editor's Note: This appears to be quite interesting at first sight.
The problem is when taking a video of any distant object like the moon, objects between the earth and the distant object are very hard to determine what their distance from the earth is.
However, it is very rare to see unknown objects form a pattern like this.
