In part 1 (youtu.be/fd0ofMSPk6M) of the "Unfixable videocard from hell" series I showed you my Tseng Labs Ultra Pak 8 bit ISA videocard from 1983.

In part 2 I am continuing with the diagnostics and found out a thing or 2. Still not working, but have learned a little bit about how some of the electronics on the board work.
