Back at it again with another unfinished video compilation, giving the wider public a view into my questionable storyboards.

I made this storyboard on a whim a few days ago and already decided I didn’t want to finish it. I didn’t really consider what I wanted to go for in terms of style and animation, and I sort of cornered myself into making a slide show with music. Not exactly super “animation” meme-y. I know I can do better so I’ll likely try again someday.

Ahaha so um I heard this song in full for the first time and thought it was the coolest thing ever and had so many ideas for a dark and cryptic pmv, but when I finished it and stepped back I realized it was a bit too dark and cryptic. Like, to the point where I think it’s probably really pretentious. This is definitely another video I wanna take a second shot at somewhere down the line.

I might actually finish this one someday, I’m just waiting to find inspiration again. At the time I made this, Ghost was my absolute favorite song and I really wanted to do an epic PMV/AMV to it with Metal Soul’s sequel. I quite liked how it was turning out, though over time I got burnt out and the quality started to suffer so I decided it was best to put it on hold.

Regrettably, the first MAP part I ever had to drop, and for the worst reason too. I really psyched myself out and put too much pressure on myself and it was really ruining my motivation for art as a whole which is… uh… not a good thing LOL. I’ll probably never forgive myself for it, but hey, I guess I can at least promote the MAP call (youtu.be/IfUkj9gk3zU)
