At stock it boosts to 2 GHz at 981 millivolts.

But with Intel XTU, we can aggressively undervolt.

I tried a -225mV voltage offset.

That reduces the effective voltage by 20% to just 762 millivolts.

And yields a 40% power consumption reduction.

From 15 to 9 watts in the OCCT stress test.

That makes me think undervolting Intel Graphics on Arrow Lake seems kind of worth it.
