Toby said that he's fine with datamining, just didn't want dataminers to spoil the whole game for people. The removal of the files saying not to datamine suggests that he thinks that that hump's past, and I agree fully, so here's this video.
I define "not in-game" as stuff that you will not find without editing saves or datamining. Sound test can be found that way since 1.001; anything that required Fun now merely requires fun. So none of that (Gaster's Theme, Meat Factory, Trouble Dingle, Happy Town). As of 1.001, there is no need to do any fancy datamining to get these; all the files are .ogg files available in the game folder. Since I've gotten over 100 comments about it: Sigh of Dog and Dance of Dog are in the error rooms, yeah (as the annotations say), but those won't be found in normal gameplay, so I don't count that as "in-game". smile appears in room_gaster, which requires editing the save to get to, so obviously not.
The song that shows up in the perfect credits room is Room of Dog, not Dance of Dog.
