Here's my interpretation of "Burn In Despair".
The idea behind this song was to create much more grim, darker version of the encounter with Asriel, with a more movie-like setting.


That, and I needed an excuse to create something that is written by me at least in half, not just recycle melodies from other songs of the soundtrack.
Though you can still hear "Burn In Despair" motive around which entire melody was built, and "SAVE The World" as the last part of the song.
Yes, this really is "SAVE The World" at the end, only played in minor. Well, a bit modified minor... it's more of an improvisation than anything else.
