A collection of the all the endings I was able to find. Also some extras, which you may miss when playing through the game.

Endings:

[00:06] Best Ending, don't kill any monsters and spare Toriel.
[06:13] Ending: Kill all monsters but leave Toriel alive.
[10:34] Ending: Spare all monsters, kill Toriel.
[14:45] Ending: Spare Toriel, kill her when she starts her speech.
[18:56] Worst ending: Kill all monsters then kill Toriel.
[21:27] Alternate worst ending: Kill all monsters, spare Toriel, then kill her when she's in her speech.
[25:08] 'Ending': Die in battle against Toriel. This can be achieved by getting low hp, healing, then hitting too many bullets.
[26:21] Avoid battle: Go to Toriel, then escape when in battle. Can't end the game in this way.

Extras:

[26:58] Toriel's flower garden.
After an ending where you let Toriel live, go back to the beginning of the game.
[27:48] That's not how you use a cell phone.
When near Toriel, attempt to call her using your cell phone.
[28:00] Haunted House.
Kill Toriel, then go back into her house. Listen.
[30:24] Annoying.
Before asking Toriel about how to exit the ruins, constantly walk into her basement.
