My take: If your birthday is January 1st or December 31st, I believe the themes apply regardless, but they may have different velocity based on where your birthday lands.
With my December birthday, I’ve found the first half of the year is me learning and the second half is applying what I’ve learned.
For me I view it like I’m going uphill, learning and reflecting on the themes and the second half is coasting downhill, applying the insights as I begin to build up more speed!
