*Understanding Snow and Ice Nucleation*

As everyone has surely noticed, meteorologists are having considerable trouble ‘forecasting’ the rain /snow line, duration of snow events, etc. According to the “weather forecast” (aka geoengineering estimation), it was supposed to be snowing last night. In reality in amounted to nothing but drizzly mess.
As with all things geoengineering, there is a perfectly logical and reasonable explanation for all of this. As illustrated by Al Roker however, we obviously won’t be getting it from the meteorologists.
Today it is going to be 70 degrees in Atlanta, and tomorrow it is supposed to 30 degrees. How on Earth does that happen? We don’t get any explanation from Al Roker for such a (naturally) implausible occurrence, other than the latest ridiculous catch-phrase he applies to the impossible: “Whiplash Wednesday.” I try to be as fair and civilized as is possible when reacting to such statements, but that’s not “meteorology”… that’s buffoonery.
All of these things are directly related of course. In order to understand these drastic temperature fluctuations and the sudden and unpredictable precipitation state changes, one has to understand the Frequency Activated Ice Nucleation Field.
