OWNERSHIP:
To own a thing means that, regarding that thing, an individual maintains:
RIGHTFUL POSSESSION
CONTROL OF USAGE
RESPONSIBILITY.
Natural Law can be essentially reduced to a Single Spiritual Law: DON'T STEAL.
