Understanding what happens in the brain, to the body & to the self before, during & after a meltdown & what more autism allies can do to help.

In this video, I describe how meltdowns feel for me - this is a personal experience that was hard to share, but I believe it's important to do so in the name of neurodiversity & autism acceptance.
