Flashe Vinyl paint- I love this paint. It has become my go-to for acrylic paint. It's vinyl but in practice it performs exactly like acrylic paint. There is no other matte paint out there that can be layered with pencils on top as well as this one. Try it and see what I mean!
*According to the brand it has good lightfastness ratings but make your own decisions if that's a concern to you (I don't think it should be but that's just me)

Holbein Luminous Heavy Body paint- Holbein's heavy body paint is great, very comparable to other major brands. Their luminous colors are especially fun and I particularly enjoy their matte finish (it seems like the other colors in this range do not have the same finish as the luminous colors so be aware of that). My favorite color is Luminous Rose.

Charvin Acrylic paint- lovely soft body paint, the color range is the biggest appeal of this brand in my opinion. I wouldn't buy basics unless you found a good deal but rather some beautiful convenience colors (like Eva's pink and Tropical Green).
