Underclock for more hash - GTX 1660 Super, RTX 2060 Super, RTX 2070 Tested

One of our viewers had an issue with getting the most from a GTX 1660 Super and found a very interesting solution in underclocking the memory to the minimum. We thought we should explore the results from underclocking not only memory, but core too.

Out of the cards we have around here, the only ones that benefit from this are the Turing base ones. The good old GTX and AMD has drops heavily.
