Many academic institutions are embracing data dependent technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Intelligent Automation. These tools rely on data. In a real sense, the trustworthiness of these technologies is dependent on the cleanliness and reliability of our data. If the data is not trustworthy, investments in AI will be limited at best.
In this presentation, we will provide an overview of data management and governance. This will include best practices, challenges other institutions have faced, and the risks of not taking care of your data.
