Thinking about doing an Alaska cruise? Considering an Uncruise? If you are looking for a *very* active vacation where you right in nature, and you can afford the price, this is a good option.
This was our first trip to Alaska, and our first-ever cruise, so honestly I do not have a lot of direct experience to compare it to other options. We were very happy with the adventure, but I do have to admit that we were exceptionally lucky with the weather as you can see from the video. A week on the ship in the pouring rain (liquid sunshine...) might not have been quite as pleasant. If you are interested:
