In case this is really really congested then this needle is not going on the other side not going through then you have to descale it a little bit So in this case you have to put it in a cup or something and take a little bit of vinegar So you have to take any household vinegar that you have inside Vinegar has the property of destroying any calcium So just pour vinegar on it and let it sit for let's say half an hour just to be sure And afterwards take again this needle and insert it there until the needle is going right through
