Gentleman, raconteur, stage-actor, ex. jailbird, but most of all, a friend, Uncle Jack Charles talks about the miraculous JC phenomenon.
The subject of the documentary "Bastardy" by filmmaker Amiel Courtin-Wilson, it is clear 67 year old Jack Charles is on to another thing. Through his years of experience living in and amongst the 'underworld' in Victoria, he has risen like the phoenix and there's no stopping him. JC has answers for many of today's problems facing indigenous communities, but who would fund programs that he advocates, who would listen to him, how can he be taken seriously?
Because he has lived through it all and has come out the other side changed, enlightened.
