The cast of Uncharted recounts the many injuries that they experienced throughout the course of filming the film. Uncharted is a live-action cinematic version of the adventure game series of the same name, which debuted with the PS3 title Uncharted: Drake's Fortune in 2007.
Zombieland's Ruben Fleischer directed the movie, and it went into production in March 2020 prior to getting shut down by the COVID-19 epidemic the exact same day. Production was ultimately finished later in the year, and Uncharted is now poised to appear in cinemas this week on February 18, 2022
The picture stars Tom Holland, who is now the protagonist of the box office smash Spider-Man: No Way Home, which is currently in cinemas. Holland plays as a youthful Nathan Drake, and his buddy Sully is portrayed by Mark Wahlberg, who was initially attached to play Drake in a rejected version of the movie some years ago.
The remainder of the roster is rounded out by Your series 3's Tati Gabrielle as soldier Jo Braddock, The Wilds' Sophia Ali as leading lady Chloe Frazer, and Oscar candidate Antonio Banderas as the nefarious treasure seeker Santiago Moncada.
Many people on different social media platforms were of the view that shooting and making this movie is pointless until and unless the stunts are performed in real-time. If not, then according to them, there was no need for this movie.
A Twitter user tweeted, “Do we need an Unchartered movie? What does it do the games haven’t done? Unless they go to really exotic locations and shoot real stunts. If the set pieces are all green screen and CGI, then might as well just play the games again, which are already very cinematic.”
