So here's an original I made for Winter Chip VII. This is actually a retrack in famitracker, as I originally made this during a free period at school in milkytracker with mock-2A03 instruments. I ended up not even making the top half (unlike last winter chip with my Hoops entry), placing 80th out of 157, but I still had fun making this.

Alrighty heres the finished version of the hottest new Splatoon 3 song out there right now (and personally my new favorite battle song easily lol), Aquasonic by H2Whoa. Im fairly happy with how it turned out, theres a couple of little parts that I wasnt able to fit into the mix without it sounding even more busy as it already does lmao but its no biggie. If anything its pretty difficult working with 8 N163 channels and trying to make sure nothing overlaps in regards to wave position, which further limits the size of your waveforms. I also took a couple of liberties here and there (particularly with the percussion lol) since I thought it flowed a little better, such as the extension of the melody at 0:22
Anyway this is the first time Ive uploaded something from famitracker in years so it felt good to dust it off, I have tons of unfinished stuff that I hope to actually get out someday but its not the highest priority at the moment lol
EDIT: as of sept. 6th both files are updated, tweaked a few things and fixed some notes, slightly less brickwalled mix lol etc.

Heres my most recent finished piece in Famitracker, from Minish Cap. If there were more channels I would have done something else with the triangle rather than copy the sawtooth channel. Next up will be something from Milkytracker that Im not proud of at all, and maybe some unfinished stuff.

IroncladPhazon here, kicking off my summer with a cover of a keygen song from Dubmood, called Paradox #3. NOT exactly the most creative name, but the song went to the keygen group called Paradox, so idk.
This took about 2-3 hours since I had to figure out which duty cycle to use for each bass note, lmao. It was kind of annoying in that respect, but ultimately I had fun making this. Kind of repetitive with the percussion though :/
Keygen music translates pretty well into VRC6 though, so I wouldnt be surprised to find myself looking at other keygen songs to cover as well.

Hey nigs, heres a short original that originally (lul) started out as a .xm that was set up to act as a fake 2A03+VRC6 module. I ended up doing that because I didnt have access to famitracker at school due to the band rooms practice rooms only having macs (ones that didnt even dual-boot with XP no less).
The songs name is meant to be a reference to Water World Saus (as well as for the sake of 2 inside jokes but who cares), a track from the SNES game The Great Battle IV (a pretty good game actually, think of MMX). I drew some inspiration from that song, especially in the beginning, so I figured Id name it as such, lol.

EDIT: this cover is pretty pointless these days lol but it was made before decompiling NSFs became very easy
Heres another quick one that I finished a while ago. This was my first experiment into 900 BPM + 1 instrument covers. Luckily this track was pretty short, so I didnt have much of a problem listening the volume envelopes out.
