As far as I know, the only way to get into this vault is to know the password. It makes use of command blocks, tileable XOR gates, and a password output locking mechanism. The design is very simple to make. The password is easily expandable (number of levers). Useful on servers.

If you are willing to sacrifice some of your vault's customizability in exchange for security, make sure that no nether portal can fit inside the vault.
I recently uploaded a video on how to break bedrock... to prevent this, you'll have to extend the bedrock above the vault to sky limit.
