In this episode Bob and Jessica examine Dutch Sheets’ Watchman Decree as it was recited with a large audience in September 2022. They discuss the preamble of the decree and demonstrate that it is founded on unbiblical New Apostolic Reformation doctrine. This decree shows that Sheets’ theology has not changed in the twenty years since his book titled Intercessory Prayer was published.
