This Honda XL250 engine was completely seized when I found it.
I re-bored the cylinder, installed a brand-new piston, replaced all worn bearings and oil seals, and fitted new timing and balancer chains.
Every part was sandblasted, repainted, and carefully reassembled to restore it to perfect working condition.
Finally, the engine was started — and it runs beautifully again! 🔧🔥
